Shipping is within the continental US and is only $60 via FedEx ground. Item is shipped as pictured and will power on once you receive it. I have pictured the total cycles here also- that is actually only about 90 hours of use! Great little unit and a great price- save some money here on Ebay. These do not affect how it performs- and it performs well. This unit does have some issues with scratches, etc around the label area and a few small dents on that side also. Ink cartridges are not included but are very inexpensive on Ebay or online. It does include all feeders(there is one missing in the picture but it will be included) Power cord and machine as pictured.
